My Story

As a Life Coach in Nutrition and Emotional Eating...

I understand the frustration of dieting and gaining weigh again! The struggle can feel overwhelming, frustrating, and even hopeless.

I am a certified Life Coach in Nutrition and Emotional Eating. I help women of all ages find pleasure in food while maintaining healthy eating habits. I am passionate about creating a safe and supportive space for women to honor their needs. I believe food is one of the greatest pleasures in life but also a great healer.

I understand how difficult it is to find the time and the energy to maintain healthy eating habits with the demands of modern life, combined with the plethora of tempting yet unhealthy food that is available to us at every corner. Moreover the bombardment of conflicting nutrition advice on a multitude of unrealistic diets for weight loss and general health are just too difficult to maintain long term.

I’ve developed an effective approach to help you cut through the maze of food myths and, by working with me, we will develop your own individual nutrition plan that will achieve the outcome you are looking for. I’ll also teach you self-soothing tools and new emotional habits that will bring relief and help you feel so much better.

Once you change how you think and feel, anything is possible!

My Training

1- Double certificate in life coaching and in emotional eating. I have coached dozens of people who struggled with weight loss and maintaining it as well as healthy nutrition habits.

2- PhD in Business Management. I have spent three decades as a full-time professor and scholar in business strategy and strategic leadership.

I have the feeling that you are wondering how did a PhD in Business Management became a life coach in nutrition and emotional eating?

It all started when my oldest daughter came back from seminary with an additional thirty pounds, she asked for my help instead of turning to a nutritionist. As a scholar, I have a passion for learning and helping others get the necessary information to enhance their knowledge and practice problem solving. So, I did what came natural to me: research about nutrition and emotional eating. After a couple of months and dozens of books and articles of research, I was fully equipped to help her lose weight. And she did! She also learned how to be aware of healthy eating habits and not to use food to manage her emotions. The rest came very naturally: I took a training in life coaching in nutrition and emotional and decided to use my credentials to help others succeed the way my daughter succeeded with her goals about nutrition and overall well-being.
